This detached house sits in a fabulous location and enjoys generous garden ground.  Fraser and Amy were keen to modernise the living and kitchen areas to form open plan living with easy access linking house and garden.  The split pitch clerestory glazed extension spills light deep into the new spaces and bifold doors provide fantastic visual links and access to open the house to the garden via a new generously sized patio which also houses a home office.  Internal alterations within the house have allowed the formation of a new shower room, master bedroom ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
